IMPATT diode amplitude modulation option is now available

IMPATT diode amplitude modulation option is now available to the order. It uses standard BNC connector and sinks 5V TTL signal. AM frequency up to 10kHz and rise/fall times less than 1 µs are guaranteed. Even faster performance will be developed in the nearest future.

Figure 1 shows the generation wave form from 102 GHz generator modulated by 10 KHz TTL signal (5 volt).	Figure 2 demonstrates zoomed image of the rise part of the impulse graph of Figure 1. Rise time: 170 ns.	Figure 3 presents zoomed pictures of the fall part of the impulse graph of Figure 1. Fall time: 400 ns.

The power meagurements are conducted by Terasense ultrafast subteraherz detectors.
