Upgraded Version Of Sub-Terahertz Generator (IMPATT Diode)

Terasense has developed an upgraded version of its popular sub-terahertz source, produced with IMPATT technology.

The upgraded version has got a protective isolator which significantly improves the diode's output power stability. From now on you can order either rigidly fixed horn antenna or flange of your choice. Typical output rfpower of IMPATT diode with optimized frequency @ 100 GHz can reach up to 80 mW. Warranty: 1 year (1000 hours MTBF).

Frequency*: optimized at ~ 100 GHz (+/- 5 GHz)
Protective isolator
● Flange type (WR8 or WR10) or conical horn antenna (rigidly fixed)

Frequency*: optimized at ~ 140 GHz (+/- 5 GHz)
